FaisonNeed some help Mapping!
Yikes, I'm trying to add a brush of a spiral staircase. Seems straight foward, rite?

Not so much. I musta tried it a dozen and a half times. No Joy. Only some of the stairs were added or if it did it wipe half my map.

Any Ideas. I really wat them in but don't know what to do.

SHADYYou need to have an existing space which you cut out of the 3d planes.
Then choose the staircase brush. Drag it to the desired position and add it.
Or you can do a tutorial like everyone else.

Mr_FisterHey another solution is to cut out the tube space (no rude puns please hehe

) then make a bunch of brushes, all same size. Build your stairs like dominoes with air spaces in between, and rotate each higher one a bit. I have had many problems with "spiral staircase geometry" hehe.

FaisonAftr much trial and error i think i found out what was wrong i was trying to build the stairs way to high e.g. too many steps. I found that thirteen steps worked very well regardless of the radius orsize or the steps. U just haveto keep building staircases on each other till the disred height is reached.
