Have you ever think about commenter`s voice on Low Caliber Arena? Donno how it is in USA but in Russia even CS has such voice on internet servers. It will be nice to hear "outstanding!" when you cut off someone`s head. Or "Killing spree" after 3 kills (or maybe 5). And "5 minute warning" and so on. Huh? I think that`s a nice idea. The game will looks more alive with such voice, I guess.

I don't think so. extra voices would mean extra downloads. and voices are usally quite large.

I don't think that they will be too large. Just a few of small phrases. And I think that it wouldn't annoying. I can't imaginate UT without them, it's a big part of some games like UT and without theme they'd be boring. Rune is kinda bad from such point of view. No music, mo voice, no auto-voice taunts and team orders. Sound is the weakest part of Rune multyplayer as far as single part. Don't you ever wanted to change it? Gameplay looks dead without a good sound.

Why don't just get it from UT, like it is in russian CS servers. You may be sure that CS looks much better with them. I'm not a big fan of CS (I don't like it if true) but even I enjoy playing on such servers.

I know what you mean, POK, but I'm so used to Rune the way it is that I don't know if I could handle it.

But you're right, sound is really weak in Rune MP.

I don't like Q3 voices. I was talking about UT`s ones. I guess noone wants to do some restorations. Except Rune World of course. Then maybe could help me with it so I could use such voices in my friend's server? I don't know how to script it. I guess it`s a big request but anyway.

lol, I think it would be a fun mod if you made it where you could change settings for everything.

lol every time you cut off someones head "head shot" if the get gibbed splatted "holy Sh!t1" along with double kills killing sprees etc.
I could get annoying but that is why it would be best if you could chose every level of it. Like maybe just "godlike" if you don't want to happen very often etc. have a checkbox list.
I think it would be a cool mod but I don't think it belongs in LCA. maybe for headball have it say headshot instead of headrush or something?
