Go out to the forum main-page where you see "General".  Near the bottom look for a section called "Online Now", and underneath that "Mr_Fister".  Click on "Mr_Fister"; a little screenie will come up with your profile.  If you can't change it then and there, you should be able to click on "edit profile".
