Why dont you add music to low caliber arena? I think something like Era`s "Ameno" will be nice .

Ive tried to do it before but the music if longer then a about 20 seconds reloop will end up taking 300mb from mp3 to wav because thats the only music format you can use to put into a map.

Wav? Rune just as UT using .umx music formats in levels. .umx format is small enough: about 1.5MB on 4 minutes.

I dont really want to explain the process of it but you have to make a mp3 into a differnt format, which will increase the size because it has a higher bit rate or mhz rate or whatever its called then making it into a utx file which makes it a bigger file, the other ones are less because 1 they loop to make it seem longer 2 it was made for utx with a low amount of sound quality.

They can make music with 64kbps, you will not see differents in game. At least you are playing Rune not for hearing music.

You will see a huge differnce. 64kbs is crap try downloading a 196 or 128 and match it up to 64 and yes its distorted and shitty sounding in rune even with a 128kbs.

Here you are. It is 3:38 minutes long and about 1.7 MB. Small bitrate, I know, but if I will try to upload it in good quality I will be doing it for whole night with my net.
