This one's been awhile in the coming:

• New damage types: “knockout”, “koopa”; which show up in stats
  
• Old damage types are anounced: sever, blunt, bluntsever, thrownweaponbluntsever, etc.
  
• Stat wall
  
• Safe zone in the 1on1
  
• “Rune of Spoils” after a successful 1on1
  
• Fixed the reversion to 1.07 movement on backpedal and strafe
  
• “Nationalized” scoreboard with reference to rank
  
• Support for Minors
  
• Fixed chat-kill / trough-kill on cycle
  
• “Mute” command

With most updates, but especially one of this magnitude, there's bound to be oversights; post problems, observations here.

Ok Unter, you really need to upload these files this time, please. I hate HATE HATE downloading through EFFIN Rune! I always get up to 80-95% and then oops connection failed.

Was thinking about that; I decided to use a “run-on” for economy.  We can rethink that.
