You guys are invited to come try out the ladder.  As far as I can tell, you record the results of your matches in order to get ranked (“Report a loss”, “Confirm a win” ); and after you're ranked, you can formally challenge one another and progress up the hierarchy.

After stats is in place that should occur automatically; but the Ladder is an opportunity to form particular teams and formal engagements.

Could be, as we haven't stress-tested it with punctuation yet; I'll see what I can do.

Just to let ya know when i send a msg thru the stat box on the left to in-game it adds slashes and thingies . . . similar thing?

The punctuation should be fixed on the next mod update; for now, though, login with the username “104”: that's your playerid.

I still can try to organize a "tournament". I have tried it several times now and have so some experience, even when I was a little sad, about the outcome of the events. Anyway, I guess its a good system.

Yeah; we can even set up new ladders for the specific tournaments, Wint.

Challenging takes place, Mano, after you're ranked, I believe.  One of the improvements we could make were a challenging system for unranked players; but getting ranked in and of itself seems to be a “Rite of Passage”.

Are challenges working for you guys, or do you get a "you cannot respond to challenges for this team" error?

that's what happened when i challenged impaler...he responded, but then i couldn't finalize it and it said i won by default
