In order to take out LCC's biggest piece of trash, we had to ban an entire block, 172*.*.* tonight. This is something we didn't want to do, since Runers are few and far between these days and didn't want to eliminate too many people.

By doing some research I determined that this shouldn't effect anybody around here, but if it does, let us know and we'll work it out.
