So, its been a long while since i have been on, all the partying, goin to Florida, and moving have not made much time for anything else. How is everyone? What games are you guys playin?

Not much as I am pretty busy. I have been playing the BFME2 and a little rune as of late though

I was playing lots of BF2, but that has slipped a bit since Wednesday. It was my birfday so I treated myself to...... OBLIVION!!!
Now other games (and real life for that matter) don't seem as fun anymore. In a week or 10 I will be back to normal, but for now I am in Singleplayerland.
Oh I also got/played/liked/got-bored-of that StarWars:Empire at War game. The space battles are worth seeing, but the game is really just a jumbled together piece of other games with pretty Star Wars graphics. Good to look at a few times but no staying power, so stick to the demo .

I agree about empire at war, and I only played the demo.
I got OBLIVION!!! as well. Pretty sweet game indeed.
I am taking my time going through it though. I think I am a level 5 at 14 hours of gameplay

It is a lot more RPG than hackslash, but it is also a lot more hackslash then morrowind was.

It could be better (lol more like rune) but it is physics based, so if you hit, you hit, so no "chance to hit" crap, and then depending on directional keys there are different moves. Also as you level up in acrobatics you get more moves like dodging and attacking while jumping etc.

And it is FAR less boring than a Guild Wars type combat system. No spin attacks or cutting off limbs, but for an RPG, I love the combat.

Also I think way better than DandDonline.

i also got oblivion today, but it doesn't support my crappy GeForce 3 so i have to buy a new videocard before i can play it damn... the screenshot i've seen make me horny

Mmmm installing Mafia back again. With my 8-Button USB Wheel it rocks as hell. No fucking NFS or other racing shit with OMG_WHAT_A_GREAT_GRAPHICS cars which are fucking non-spectacular and absolutely non-intresting.

you mean you bought a racing wheel? that must be really awkward. take videos of you using it for lols and roofles.

for the record though... need for speed most wanted is an amazing game to withhold but i guess you've never played it or got into it... it blows on psp and gba but on pc nfs:mw is to die for especially on a nice gaming pc (and even my laptop, playing it while in the bathroom is great fun lol).

i guess some people never cease to believe a more attractive game will never mean a more fun game... maybe that's the people with crap hardware more often than not but in some cases people like that just don't let themselves enjoy the games as much as they did back when the uglier games were hits...

,,, psst, oblivion is a nasty little game, i love it. i didn't get very far, or anywhere at all since i didn't save but when i have the time to sit down and play it (bought a new sg guitar so gaming is suddenly less fun) i'm sure gamespot's ratings will reflect on me.

I have that wheel for about a year and already completed Mafia twice. Time for 3rd one!
I played Most Wanted. Since underground all NFS got absolutely non-spectacular for me. Grey dark city with lights and allways the same with same tracks. Fuck it. NFS HP 2 was a good racing game but Mafia is the best wheel usage

lol mafia. I came so close to finishing it 2 times, and I keep reformatting or something and losing my saved games and I just don't feel like putting all the work to do it again when I have games like oblivion to play...

lol man, how come you have never finished such a great game where the main thing is the plot and you need to play it streight from the beginning to the end. You missed the point of the game.

I know, and I tried... I just never could finish it for one reason or another.... lol

did i ever say i bought mafia? for $8 used and it never installed, ever. when i pirated it a long time ago it didn't work and now trying to get it to run after installing from like... last summer or earlier... still doesn't work. i hate it.

i downloaded a new copy, if that works i'll be pisssed, lol... paying for a game that works better when stolen sucks.

well if you get it working you might like it. It is old now, but I liked it better than GTA... same basic style, but for some reason the oldness was cool... plus everyone loves the mafia anyway... soyeah

Hey y'all.... here's an Oblivion cheat for anyone who wants it.
Your spells don't have to do anything to get better! You can cast an unlock spell on already unlocked chests/barrels etc, and your skill will still go up! Gosh Dang I love Oblivion! Once your character gets good with your prefered combat style, the combat becomes a lot more Rune-like than any other game. Too bad it's not multiplayer grrrr.

BTW where the freak is everybody??? I miss Unter and Impaler and especially Sturm!!! Wahhhhhh!!!! And the rest of y'all too, but at least I hear from the rest of you once a year or so hehe.
