Did we finally smack some sense into him? He's being bearable on the board now... not so negative. I haven't seen him in-game for a while though, so I don't know if this change has applied to how he acts there yet.

From what i can tell his game play hasn't changed much. Had a couple problems with him today

traffic was smooth in the 1v1 arena; then when i slayed someone (close one, phew!) and my "cookie" popped up like the coin in mario console games, shady jumped down and toothpicked me to death before i claimed my spoils...

here's the great part though: fortunately i realised it a few minutes later when an identical situation presented itself,
and i actually hovered around the rune pretending to pick up stuff, then whipped around to "ninja-swipe" his ass off with the shorty when he rushed me from behind...
anybody there would have seen "LOL" being spammed by yours truly for several sweet glorious seconds...

well i know gloatings wrong and all, but what the heck, i thought i deserved it for laying out the trap and knowing shady couldnt resist himself...

anyways, can hardly wait for unter to prioritise the coin to be the first thing grabbed...in the meantime, watch yer backs is all i can say...

Just left a game shady was being the biggest jerk possible. He was being very rude and derogatory towards Rhoedd, Eraser,(who later left because they refused to play with him) and Myself. Not to mention numerous chat/trough kills. On top of the cheap kill he gets when he ganks ya before you can get to your rune in the honor arena. I removed him twice and he kept coming back and then i left after realizing that there truly was nothing i could do. He was so persistant. So anyways i thought i would throw it up here.

SHADY's a pain in the ass but here are two ways you can get at him.

1) Do NOT and I mean DO NOT let him know that he's getting on your nerves... he'll keep pushing your buttons more and more.

2) He hates hotkeys so make sure you give him a good dose.

yeah its hard to accept that we'd have to be pissed off during playtime, but i've been asking him recently: "shady? the mute or the kick?"
then he usually reins himself in, a bit, and i gladly never have to act on that threat...
i would imagine chain-kicking gets harder on you than him, hehe, but do the trap thing for the rune of spoils...its true i succeed perhaps less than one out of three or four times because i'm near death already...but its a virtual death each time, and i know i can always hop on cycle where it's kinda impossible to lame...
dont forget to LOL every single time, as mano's pointed out very astutely...

well, lengthening the crucifix hang time and the crucifix's hit points would be probably temporary only...and hounding him with the shorty doesnt really do it for me...
i have gotten to the stage of taking every encounter with him as pure goofiness...

these are tips only, and i hope we could all achieve some *-.-* zen...cos all the member commands dont stick when he reconnects...

I have no prob with him anymore, if I even feel a twinge of annoyance I just go for a break and avoid him. Ignore-ance is bliss... hehe
