- We'll keep the Torch at 10 Rune points since it's a pain to get; in the event of abuse we'll ratchet it back up to 25.

- RomanSword taken down to 25 points.

- The RakFist powerup extended to 15 seconds from 12 seconds; the speed of the player upped to 150% in proportion to the sizeup (looks like your moving normal speed, actually).  We've decided to take off the bloodlust; the hulk might not be the hulk without it.

- Back-room stuff: game type not registering right in the stats package (fixed).

TO DO:

Decipher this strange blue color (though beautiful) which results from the web interface into the server.  Given that, we might be able to drop the "@lowcaliber.com" appel since the blue stands out as it is.  Newbs aren't going to know what the fuck it is, though.
