Recently cleared out the member comlumn of some people who had once been active, but through protacted or willful absence have become less integral to our development.  This is not a revocation of good standing so much as a desire to keep our database as actual as possible.

If you think someone has unjustly been excluded, speak here.

Wow, this place is more solitary than I thought. That ain't a lot of members.

Not that it's a bad thing, nice and small is good.

BTW I haven't seen Urlor around much, if at all, I can't remember the last time I saw the guy.

Numbers are a poor indicator of the quality of membership.  ROV is a case in point, although I think they've trimmed down, too.  We had roughly seventy members at the MSN site, fifteen to twenty of which showed up with any regularity.

In fact, I'm resolved to thin the base of members in order to stave off "Clan-dilution" and internal factions.  Part of the reason we had a defection in the Fall was rapid and undiscerning growth.

"Solitary" is hardly the word I'd have picked.  Whom are you comparing us to: the great world of clanlessness, or that desert of homeless one-offs who vagabond on random servers and, scooped up by the next $20.00 bargain at Staples, fade as rapidly into obscurity?

No; we have a strong base of talented people.  And like the stock market bubble of the late 90's: many come and many go, but there is inevitably an endurant core.

And, by the way, you missed our one-year anniversary on Jan. 9.

Lol, Mr. Uebrigen, you're deep. What I meant is that our database is much smaller than I originally though, especially now.

I see where you're coming from, keep the good stuff and throw out the trash. ROV are a bunch of trash pickers so they can come get it Big Grin
