How to add a pic of my choice to member profile?

I brought this up a long time ago and thought I would try again.... I can edit my profile but when I do I can find no way to upload a mugshot.
Help>??>?

1.You must have a valid URL address (you can use blackplague for that); or
2.Send me the picture and i'll host it for you; or
3.Wait until Unter's back and he'll upload it on the site.

I'm in no hurry, as I am going to incorporate my new "diamond" map as background and it's not done yet. Dang you respond too fast for my stoned lifestyle lol! Rune on! LCC!!!Rules!!!

where url would = webspace I need to get(eg tripod) so the pic can be uploaded to it>?

I was slummin around forums and pieced this much together, but have no idea if I am correct....
