Sure, I'd make skolf maps, but I don't know how I would put the skulls or the hole that you shoot into.

How do I make the skulls so we can whack them around the map? ... Is there anything we need to know, please say so quickly... I'm already done one skolf map, except for the skulls, etc.!!

Sorry to let you guys down. Not really sure as to how the maps are set up. Skolf is Unter's baby he'd be the one to ask. Most likely though he'll tell you what ZoneTags to use and what .u files will have your answers. Hold tight and he'll answer them when he can.
