Anyone know a wicked King of the Hill map? Or could someone make one? I've got a good idea, but I'm sure it must have been made by now.

One single (huge) pillar of rock in the center of the map - as tall as the highest one in Ingles - surrounded by a moat (so people can jump off without dying). It's obviously gotta have cliffs along the side for climbing ease, and at the top have a circular arena floor.

Maybe looks like an ancient arena atop a peak which has all but eroded away. On the outskirts of the map, have the weapons, shields and the like along a boulder wall.

Moat... can you koopa people who are swimming?

Seems like you would need goodies at the bottom of the pillar, so people would have to come into koopa range to pick things up...

Hmm... wouldn't those count as gibbs not koopas?

I am up for it. I had the idea before. Zeus' Olympus Mountain. Greek temple at the top. Posideon controlling the waters below. How about it. I will get on it after my vacation.

No weapons? How would you fight to be king of the hill at the top?

A big point is having weapons at the bottom, and needing to climb the entire mountain to get up. Maybe little areas along the way where contenders could fight eachother to reduce the competition when they get up to the top of the hill to fight the current King.

good stuff; i was thinking a bit more about it and what more fun than to ambush the best koopa spots and slay those who wish to koopa others?

hehe, maybe a weapons drop immediately on reaching the bottom and have to be picked up at spots strategically placed for those above....
