Haven't been around too much as I been workin on dis here map.

NJ fisty. For some advice from a rookie (Very fast learning rookie that is ) watch out for repetitive textures. It's very noticable on the colums. The prob with such high poly counts is it takes a long time to texture it properly.

Same with the sides of the walkways, try to align them with the top, that hole in the wall as well.

ya, concerning the columns:

I find that a column should not exeed 12 sides. It is hard to texture it if it has more than that and there is no significant visual difference to a smaller count object.

the portal is the entry to the map and when it is done it will tp to the low cal ring. still a few bugs to work on but it is close now. ptooey! so close i can taste it.... I gotta move my monitor back a bit..hehe
