An authorized notification is sent from Rune's HTTPClient to an Apache server, encoded in base64 and with optional encryption; the client is additionally checked for IP. After authorization, Apache GET's the log from RuneWebAdmin via http/1.1. The log-info is immediately parsed into MySQL, where the results can be displayed in real-time on the web or eventually via screen.u live on any Rune server.
? I asked you about this yesterday, you said the stats would be name tracked not IP tracked.
So which one would it be?
Whoops; didn't see this post, dude.
The player will be name-tracked via authentication; the game client (in this case the Rune server) will be checked for IP to help avoid someone flooding the server with malformed data.
