I just picked up Aliens vs. Predator 2 Gold for $20 CDN.

There were few people playing online when I tried it out, but I will reserve judgement on the population till I figure out more.
So far it has scared the p00p outta me ( no not literally ) on several occasions and I can run it on super high detail because it's so old.
If you liked the movies it captures the mood quite well, with lots of "industrial" background noises and MANY dark corners. Being a Marine is suicide... but not if there are a lot of them hehe. Lots of aliens suck.... they are scary and hard to kill.

haha dude you just have to do it right. It was me a marine vs two aliens and a pred and sometimes and a predalien or whatever, and I wiped the floor with them!
But being aliens are pretty fun too. It can kind of suck if you have to keep starting out as a facehugger.

I think it's great, that you live through the Alien lifecycle - also because you get to burst your way out of someone's chest as a chestburster... that was awesome 8).

Yeah it was pure genius putting that into the game... just sucks when there is one human to be shared by 3 aliens and he has that lockon gun.. it becomes tough to turn into a big alien...
