4th of july was fun, blew lots of stuff up and made it back with all my fingers and what-not.

I caught about 12 pike over the weekend, they were small (between 22 and 26 inches) but I can post a pic of one of `em later on if anyone's interested.

i think we all want to see your 26 inch pike.

i got bit up by ants waiting for the fireworks to start (which i am extremely allergic to) and spent my 4th of july swollen up EVERYWHERE laying in a bathtub. No pics though, sorry guys

hehe...no worries man, that's the second largest on record, here's the specs: caught on May 3, 2003 in the Mississippi River. It has been certified as the 2nd largest Gar ever caught, and a Mississippi record.

Earl's fish had a certified weight of 215 pounds with a total length of 7 feet, 11.5 inches and a 40 inch girth.

Caught on a small homemade yellow walleye jig.
