Hey hey guys, I haven't been on much lately (damn job), but whenever I do log on, it would seem there are a LOT of lamers on. What's with this? Is it because all the bans have been lifted?

Every time I log on for some 1on1 action, there's always FFA going on in the big arena - which is fine I can deal. What really gets me is when a few of us are trying to 1on1 in the middle arena and the idiots start coming in there - because that's where all the people are.

Votekicking doesn't work too well, as most people don't know how to use it, and if we ever succeed in votekicking someone, they just relog and the whole process has to be repeated.

Perhaps a half hour ban to accompany votekicks? Obviously, if someone is votekicked, they're not wanted on the server.

Anyways, sorry for the negative post. I'm just getting a little sick of having to kill all the lamers instead of duelling the people who actually have skill.

I personally don't think the problem is because of bans being lifted. Most of those bans were really old. I bet the majority of those people don't even play anymore. Summer has started for many kids, they have more free time so I think it's contributed to it.
