as far as I know shot is just a screenshot, and sshot is a screenshot with a flash added for better lighting. Neither is better or worse, they just depend on how much lighting you want.

Anyway that's my story and I'm stickin to it hehe.

The quality of an image also reflects with the Monitors Color Management and your type of card. It is also best to have the viewing persons computer to have the same thing but we all know that isn't possible.
