Yeah its a phone conference tool, but it is said to be far better than any other so far... very simple tool where you add buddies through mail invites like you guys got, and you talk via IM and phone conference..... I think the program keeps you up to date on your gmail, if it does you can think of it as a systray tool that also works as a telephone (and it rings too!) so we can have it on 24/7 and if we want to phone eachother.... ring ring ring! I hear it doesn't lag/skip/jump and the VoIP is clear as a real phone.

I thought google video and mail was something... google talk is... just wow. Let's put it this way: Skype just got owned.

YAY! Google Talk program does indeed update your mail status! This is the greatest program ever, we need more people on it.

I came back from taking a crap and on my systray I see a little thing with a preview of an email from drew@toothpastefordinner.com (mailing list... you are on that list, right Mano? Are you buying the book? I am getting the autographed book and coffee mug lol) and I clicked the mail thing and it just..... its so perfect.

Google talk fo' life, get it. In total we probably have 500 invites available in this club to give away and we only need like... 5. Come 'n git 'em.

I'm on my pokrishka@hotbox.ru for 6 years, just don't want changes. Well, I could sing up gmail only for that program when I'll get a better connection
