That's some seriously inefficient, odd code. I'd suggest using a different html generator, unless you handwrite that nonsense, if that's the case... try using <center> instead. <.<

Also, black background + green text != pleasing to the eye, might want to reconsider that. I'm guessing you're very young, so just keep at it, eventually you'll get the hang of it and recognize what works and what doesn't.

if you're talking about what program to use, try frontpage. if you're familiar with the rest of the office family (word, excel, powerpoint...) this should be relatively easy to learn

Yup, try FrontPage (it's a generator) is easy to use.
If you think it's to simplistic, try a combination of Dreamweaver and XaraWeb.

Not a bad start...quick note: u need see if u can store the images and files on the host server for ur domain. then rename the links on the site. they r listed as ///C:/RuneHOV/EditorFix/AR-Checkmate.zip ect... they need to be http://www.killyourmind.net.ms/files/AR-Checkmate.zip or whatever folder u assign it to.
the way it is now, if any1 looks at ur site thats not using ur actual computer, they dont see the pics and cant download the files cause it's looking for them on their hard drives not downloading them from u.
