Sup everyone, here's the deal. I really want the help of someone who can code.

As some of you know, I'm working on a Mario-type game, and one of my game modes is going to be "Duel Mode". In that mode, I'm going to have a cool zooming camera effect where the camera zooms in on the two opponents when they get closer to eachother. I almost have it working, but it's really jittery.

I'd like some testers to go play around with the game here and give me some feedback and ideas.

For those of you who can code and would like to take a look at the code to try to find the buggy block, I can email you a copy of the .fla. It's pretty well documented and I left my tracers in there so you can follow my logic when you need to.

How do you jump?

Push up.

I'm thinking make the jump spacebar. Thats a little more straight forward. But Notheless Good Work!

exactly, my first instinct was to use space bar... then enter, then ctrl. Obviously pressing up didn't cross my mind.

Yeah, I also think spacebar is easier to control jumping with.

Sounds good to me. By the time it's done, the length of time the jump button is pressed will determine the height of your jump.

I may even have an option menu where you can reconfigure your keys... baby steps tho, Mini, baby steps.

btw, has anyone taken a look at the camera? I'd post the .fla (for those of you who want it) publicly, but I figured the Copy-Coder still visits the forum.

I took a look at the camera I much prefer the normal version the camera was screwing me up! It was being very annoying.

Of course thats only my opinion some people may think thats good by I think the camera sucks.

Exact thing happened to me, definitely make the space bar jump!
Luckily I figured it out without reading Socks' post. Other than that, great job...
