I'm for it. I've always wondered if how we were keeping the site running. I relize the costs of running an effective website. At first it seems manageble but then the costs start adding up.

Unter, Imp, Mano, we should consider $5 a month. I have been a member to other sites that charge from $20 TO $50. No, they all aren't porn sites . Everyone blows $5 somewhere in a month and doesn't get as much out of it.

If $5 is a financial burden for anyone then they probably shouldn't even have internet access. I know that some of our younger member may not have the finances to contribute that much. Five words "Mow yards or wash cars". I did when I needed cash

Indeed; the logistics of keeping track of monthly payments on a consistent basis is another matter, though.  After all, my old Rugby team subsisted on about $20 per player per year + underwriting, lol.

I like the idea; and if we continue to grow and provide something of tangible value to the Community, that may well become a reality.

So yea I'll be more than willing to pay, the place deserves it, we can't have Unter holding the entire system up with only his fundings.

I'm broke, but a little groveling will get me 20 dollars for a good cause . If I can make a little effort, I'm sure others can too, and if you can't, 5 dollars isn't exactly a lot of money.

And here's a little idea, how about a sponsor system? Maybe a banner on top/bottom, a popup or such.

oh god, this is why i shouldnt post when im tired, i didnt mean that the LCC arena is shit, infact in sure its much better, than anything out there, but you must understand, i dont really liek rune all that much, repetative swinging of dumb looking weapons and playing as preset burly grunt machines. What i liek is the honor, and competivte game play between members. And what i meant by the comment on "any other server" i just meant that lcc arena has been the only place ive religiously gone to so i dont know how shitty the rest of it is, this arena is the game for me,V room or whatever else is out there, all and all, this is nothign special to me, and i wouldnt lose sleep over not having it one day and i know none of you would either, mabye youd be a little bored but its not heartbreaking, to end this already too long post, all i ask for is a better way to re-enforce one on one play, then ill gladly meet an reasonable asking price.. and i guess to do that.. ill pay the 5 bucks... no problem... believe it or not.. i do want to help you all, not because ill miss the game, but some of you are really cool people... and you obviously care, so im here with ya
