If you mean the flag-switching "cheats", go into your own server (don't login as an admin) and type in the commands I e-mailed to you into console.

Now bust out the handaxe, when you taunt, you'll swing (no timer). When you jump, you'll flip (that sark_flip flag is just from the standard Sark Hammer/Axe/Sword mobs). All of this learned just from looking at the Unreal Script that rune uses, there's a hundred other things you can do as well (ask Manowar, he was in my server when I was testing some of it out). It should be easily combatable if the server monitors those types of changes, since you can just have the server auto-kick on detection.
