Anyone ever see this error? I get it for most of the servers I try to join. I was going to go to ROV Sweetleaf with mid and some other fellows, but alas, this error. Google knows nothing about it.

Sigh. It's probably an incompatibility between Linux and Windows versions. :-( Maybe I'll give in and find a copy of Windows Rune for playing on other servers or chatting on Vent while playing in LC*. I generally play in short spurts as a break from work, and I use Linux then... I could still play LCC in such situations, but when I want to do some serious playing/venting, I could reboot to windows.

Ok, Glatzerl over there kindly pointed out that I just needed to copy a couple of .u and .int files from the up-to-date Windows version to my copy. Loki apparently went under before distributing that patch.

Played on Sweetleaf and a couple of other random servers tonight... ugh. I now have more respect for those who scream at people for doing a lot of jump-spinning. :-) I managed to get some people interested in playing with some of the lower-cal weapons on Sweetleaf, and I had a fun time getting in a negligible number kills on the jump-spinners with my toothpick. :-)

Sweetleaf is okay in small doses, but I think when I venture outside of Low Cal I prefer to do Headball or some map cycles, like Revolver or the REY map cycle.
