hehe, i lived on and off in perth (mostly nedlands and around UWA, although i've got acquaintainces in subiaco and joondalup) for the last few years now...i like its dullness, so quiet and peaceful...my bro might stay there after he graduates...and who knows, i might get over there more permanently since i'm tiring of sydney...
and i've been playing rune on-line for nearly two months now...how about you licker?

how did you find rune and been anywhere else in aus?
and btw, what isp and connection are you with?

ive been on rune for a few years man, i just go into mapping this year over the past few weeks and i used to make skin textures for an old clan i was in in rune1.01. yeah ill be coming to syd in the 1st week of september to go hang with a few mates and stuff, perth is a bit too quiet for me tho, but ive scored a decent job so my travelling with have to wait. im from scotland originally and have been in aust for quite a few years nowi have been to quite a places around the world and lived in africa for a while and thats just a bit about me

i have been having a look at the site and im gonna see if i can get the voice thing up, but it will probably lag out my modem but hey it worth a try for a bit of fun, damn i wish my cable lol

oh yeah my isp now is iprimus, they are ok, but i used to be with telstra for cable, the cable modem is just sat in a box now since i moved house i can only get adsl here but i have spent alot of my money on my car and holidays and stuff do u have a good connection dante?

i used to do iprimus unlimted, approx 23 aus bucks a month, no limits...but on a second phone line with telstra...iprimus i liked and never had problem with it...
but now i have adsl with iinet...in fact its a perth based broadband connection...its not much better in terms of gameplay for rune, but it sure makes ventrilo work somewhat better plus i can d/l more stuff, faster...i like it best cos no other broadband isp seems to have an unlimited plan...you probably know it licker, but anyways: www.iinet.net.au (check it out sometime)?
yeah, im kinda waiting for better deals with cable...might be awhile that suits me...

crappy thing is, iinet runs decent quake3, counterstrike, even jedi knight servers (i can see 200ish pings with them) but they just goddarn dont have a rune server...wanna join me in spamming them with "please rune please please please?"

hehehe man i used to work for iinet for a while, but if u like ill spam them too gimme the email u spam to and ill get a few others to do it too.
