this is part 1, and was *very* easy to follow (almost cheapens the whole tweaking experience lol)...
if you jump to page 7 and go from there, it has very basic commands for regedit and msc services so you can turn off some of winxp's annoying features...apparently it can improve performance much...

i'm into reading about hardware and perusing the articles and reviews on this site was entertaining...plus theres an (slightly oldish) article describing a bit of the broadband "crisis" in australia...(damn telstra)...

refreshing this a bit 'cos i remembered unter felt strongly about his winxp dictating terms...
