Couldn't you read it yourself on the site after hitting reload? Hell Baigs, I think you were on the Cycle less than half an hour ago and I see this:

Yet there's no players connected and no exit messages!

the message last as long as the servers up and it registers in the chatlogs, so yes...there will be someone to hear it...

but point taken, nice philosphical discourse...
it'd be a damn funny mutator too, lol
