Ever since i have had Rune and Rune HOV i have never been able to load the Rune Editor.

When i click on the program menu i get the error in the picture attached.

My specs are:

Windows XP

Rune/Rune HOV installed 1.07

...everything else works fine...just not the RuneEditor.

Some one have a answer to this would be of help.

I believe you have to copy the stuff in the Editor Fix folder on your Rune CD, (including hidden files if there are any there), to the \windows\system directory and Rune Ed is fixed.

well spin me around and call me sally...KICKASS, thanx yup yup it worked. But ponder this, why the hell dont they tell you that somewhere, and 2. why do you have to do that lol, the install of the Rune game should do that for you.

I have some problems with mine too...

When I click inside one of the windows the mouse turns into a cursor and I can't move it outside of the window .. Then I have to do alt ctrl del and close runeEd Really startin to tick me off . Cause I want to map..

Try running a spyware/adware stomper on your comp; then copy the 'fixed' editor files into your System folder.
