Hey Pokrishka, I didn't see this site ever, just found it in a forum search. I like what you have done with it, it has that good ol' simplistic touch but still many flaws. The page is actually pretty well done.

Thing is there's are two things you need to fix without question:

Fonts! I can't read a single word in Opera, just change every font to a normal font like Verdana, Tahoma, Arial or some Sans Serif font (fuck compatibility with other OS's, I am sure only Win32 users view the page).

Links on side panel text... it overlaps the image, also fix capitalization and whatever.

Now I like the font on the front page where you wrote "Knights Of The Tample" but that font is not viewable in Opera for me (which makes it more readable)... I say you make the news fonts an Arial which is easy to read, same with every other font on the site except headliners. The headlines should be IMAGES USING THE FONT, not the font itself (no one ever downloads fonts just to look at a page).

Also, you need a new forum, dude. Getfreeforums is bullshit and has been down a while, use a better and more reliable UBB.x messageboard.

But holy crap! You did something wrong that made Opera really cheesed off! Lol. It looks like a good site but look look... you must have some wacky hacks in there! You just messed up positioning and whatnot:

The odd thing is that when I was making it when I put it in the what would be the right spot for you, it was off to the right for me so I had to back it up so it would look right.

Not as extreme as pencil, but it looks a little funny for me too.

Socket, what you didn't do is give the text a position or anything. You were biased with your resolution is all, judging the website by the res. you run at. Try opening in IExplore then shrinking and growing the IE window... notice what moves and what doesn't . Mano runs at low-res, 1152x864, so his was to the right, you built it on 1280x1024 so it was fine and me being at 1920x1440 moved it way way way to the left.

This is why you build the page in multiple resolutions and in compatibility mode for all . So it is a really easy fix, just find a way to position that one frame in a fixed area.

Ok lets think this one over. You use percentages in your tables/(positioned) DIV tags for positioning. Your z-indexing is jumping every which way on your images which isn't coo. With a simple table design everything will be set right. Oh ya to mention this that you should have a standard display of 800 x 600 or 1024 x 768 to actually comply with the WC3. You can build a page in whatever resolution on your montior but they must fit a 800 x 600 or 1024 x 768.

My worst enemy.....TABLES.
