does anyone have the ventrilo 2.1.3 server?

I think that the server jumps from 2.1.2 to 2.2.0. I haven't seen a 2.1.3 server. The 2.1.2 server allows connection of the 2.1.4 client and below. Here it is in case you need it.

I know this might be silly to say, but if you have Unreal Or UT you have the editor on the disk all I have is rune ed.
