A law thingy passed in Washington that you can carry amount of weed at a time and not be tossed in jail but get a max fine of like 40$ if its out in the open. Still cant smoke it anywere though they just made it so its less of there concern but the jails in Washington are getting filled with people that had like a 40 sack on them.
