Lol; that was a dirty little secret I knew would get out some time.  Trick is, of course, you have to give up your frags to do it.  But if somebody needs to be kicked, "gotta do what you gotta do".

figured it out quite some time ago... never used it till now. i figured it's better than telling people we dont know how to votekick. a few weeks back some damn sarks votekicked me for kicking their ass. so i dont care to tell people how to do it

Hmmm; well here's something interesting.  With the new stats package I'm thinking about having Rune look up your profile when you join in, mainly so it can display your ranking; but theoretically it could be used to check your name against a database of members.

Should we perhaps limit the votekick to members? In Rome, for instance, only citizens could vote.

I just remember, that to kick often, means to lose players alot! But at least there are as many lamers as you need votekicks ...

Absolutely! But this could lead to a intense cloning proces (if it gets out): there'll be lots of 'members names' on the server.

Interesting, Imp.  There's a little known variable in ..\system\user.ini called "ngWorldSecret"; we'll instruct the members to pick a password so an imposter with the same name won't overwrite your stats or pose as a member.
