Sabih's process is mainly a disciplinary measure to allow him to account for himself.  That he has chosen not to means that the charge of "exceptional ill-will towards his comrades" is at least uncontested, if not true.

Now sauciness I can tolerate; in fact, it enriches club interaction.  I will not tolerate the whole-sale ad hominem abuse of my friends and comrades, however.  If he has genuine grievances, he is invited to bring them forward.

SuMGuY assumed that his bother's departure is a fore-gone conclusion and hastened to resign.  Sabih, however, like Obie, has the right to a fair hearing if he'll only take advantage of it.  We have yet to become a totalitarian Jewish state like Washington.

the many posts that where just gossip and bad words against others. I want to declare that I dont think about Sabih as a muslim or hwatever. He's just a guy and well these days he has a bad behaviour. We warned him enough.

But what I don't liek is the discussion about being a muslim and than refering in any way to Irak. I want to say, that I accept any ethic group (bad word) and I dont think in this categories. I loked Sabih in the old days and I still like Sumguy, who became a mate for me, in a way.

For the record: Sabih's process has little or nothing to do with his Muslim faith.

I have, however, heard SuMGuY and/or Sabih complain on occasion that they were being prejudged by their faith (this was back in 2002 when the whole RoV-LowCaliber fiasco erupted), and so I'm sensitive to the fact that they might perceive that.

I am therefore relieved to note that they are coming at this from a neutral, inter-personal perspective.
