Try RuneEd, which can be found in your rune/system folder. On the right you have possibility to choose which packages to see and edit. And after editing whatever you need to, just compile the files you edited (there is an option to do it). I have only one days experience of that tool so you prolly know a lot more than I in few days.

Ok, but when i make me a texture to out on a wall like lowcaliber has in their arena , when i hit import and select it nothing happens. do i have to re-install rune ROV?
