I just got my degree and moved back towards home. Right now I'm without an internet connection and probably won't have one until I land a job. (Gotta be frugal)

We're working on purchasing a house, too. Right now, the timetable is to be in the house by August. The major holdup is the people we're buying the house from -- they need to find somewhere to move first, lol.

Got an interview tomorrow. If I get the job I'll turn on an internet connection. Have had a ton of interviews but not much success.

Word. Which sucks because I believe, and have always been told that I'm a pretty personable guy.

If I get offered the job from my interview on Wednesday I may turn it down. It's not a lot of money and a whole buttload of hours. I'm not afraid to work hard, just want to be compensated.

Although there is truth to it sometimes.

Like my dad is a heavy set guy, but still a hard worker.
One interview he went in on the flat out told him that he didn't look like he could handle it because the job required a lot of hard work (keep in mind this is still just computer networks kind of work....)
So yeah that stuff can unfairly play into it sometimes.

Yeah man, physical appearance can really count against you. I'm always clean shaven and well-dressed but I'm a bit heavy myself. I'm not a huge fat guy or anything but I'm definitely not a small dude. Oh well.. I'm working on that. I've lost 25lbs in the last 8 weeks.

Niiice... I got to work on that myself being that I sit at a desk all day for my job, not to mention I like it for entertainment too.
