Only now am I getting used to using Chinese characters input programs and these funky alternate keyboards.
(apologies to those on MSN who thought I was "swearing" at them; also why I don't type much in the rare moments I get into arena, the characters input cuts in and slows everything down)

PSP7 and Corel Painter 8.

It was the easiest way plus I *just* reinstalled windows (and redhat linux ) so photoshop is still not on here...

What about Galaxy Rangers? That was always one of my favorites. Or what about Inhumanoids??? That was the bomb!!! I love cartoons!!!

Quality Roe??? Thats a better screen shot then a lot of the ones I have seen. The smoothing of the character and the lighting (minus the lens flare) are very good. This image almost emulates Final Fantasy colour palette.

Oh and if it looks like poor quality its because I smoothed it a ton, mostly because the pencil was all crappy-like (its still a little jagged), so yeah. [And conversion between bitmap and jpeg in PSP7 was perfect, looked no different but compressed 500+kb down to 28kb.]

And @kyr0xx0r, yes I use MSN, account is in my profile thing so if its worth the effort to check then yuppie .
