I haven't been more bitter in years, it is amazing how shitty this all was. I had work tonight (xmas eve), from 6-11. So I come home, less than an hour ago, to an empty house. So I just open all my stuff, which I assure you was absolute... well, ... whatever. I got maybe 3-4 boxes, in comparison to the rest of the family who got ever too much more. Somehow a sister who is older (who smokes, fucks, and drinks underage and is never home) got well over three times as much; mind you, whatever I got, she got two! That's disappointing I suppose. A gigantic Einstein framed poster is the only things I liked, the rest can be gone tomorrow and I wouldn't even notice. $100 in the stocking; sure, great, like there's anything left for under that much. I'm not spoiled (besides food, parents provided me with $150 worth of clothing and two games in 2004 in total... incredible) nor am I ungrateful for what I did get, but this has to be the disappointment of a decade; the worst xmas imaginable. Now sure I got things and I'm glad for that, but to see the smiling faces on everyone for actually getting what they wanted, what they asked for and whatnot with me having nothing to show or care for sucks. The fact that they ignored every reference and every request for a certain thing I actually wanted is what is awful; to be ignored and when not ignored they used every excuse they could to get out of getting me something to make me happy ("You got 9 absences? Let me just ignore this A you got in Physics and delay ordering that stuff even more until its too late..."). What it is to me is a "holiday fuck you" all around, being completely unappreciated whilst the rest enjoy their hot cocoa and presents. There were few things I wanted, for once one of those damn cell phones that I needed for over 2 years (for that many years I was ignored as usual), 3 games and that shopping cart with PC hardware... everything got ignored, every last bit of it; delayed or just tossed away in their minds, either way nothing came for the better. They could've gotten me so many little things that are worth something, I just can't understand why they wasted money and time getting the opposite of what I might've wanted. To add to the holiday fun, my paycheck is only $128, I was $25 short on the register somehow which is fucking impossible but apparently that comes out of the week's pay, so there goes my motherfucking time and a half, might as well have not worked that day if it does.... and I got work in about 8 hours! Yay!

I didn't get to write what I wanted and in here things appear quite selfish. Just got off the phone with the mother and it appears I got some other things, which is really nice... but wouldn't it make sense if I had gotten things for xmas that would make use of these objects... apparently that was overlooked. Anyway 30 minutes is enough to spend writing a post that I don't want anyone to read. I normally don't bitch and I normally don't want to seem so ungrateful but... maybe it'll be alright on my next day off which won't be anytime soon. Maybe I'll go blow my money on some games or speakers and it'll all be fine.

Don't bother to read this post if you don't want to. I wouldn't want to read it. And don't make ass-like comments, I'm only posting this shet just to..... post it. Now I'm just going to go to sleep and go to work then go to sleep again... if only I had a dinner to eat. Summary is my holiday sucks but over the next week or so it'll kick ass.... if that doesn't make any sense then I sure as shit didn't write enough and [read like] an ass... but that's fine. Initially I was supposed to say "fuck the holidays" but heh, I don't so much feel that way. Oh and things definitely look better without those ridiculous emoticons, it makes the post seem less friendly and people won't read it which was my intent.

I got home from Edmonton on the 23rd. Its good to see the valley again. Mom has been cooking up a storm and things couldn't smell any better. I didn't ask for much other then a few things for the kitchen. Sister got me a noice bottle of armandi colgne (I am a sexy bitch). Anyways hope everyone has a good time relaxing or making a few extra bucks before the second semester to have a little fun over jan. feb. march etc.

Talk to you guys soon on vent and in game on the 5th of January when I fly into Edmonton.

I wish you all a happy new year too. Just moved back in with my stepdad and mom. Got my basement back Im home. Anyways that turkey my mom is cookin up is smellin really good!

Poor pencil I know how you feel, 2 years ago I got 2 cups and 25$. Last year though I got a new computer and like 75$. This year I got a wacom intuos, a nice gold watch, about 450$ some shirts like hendrix acdc and some others and some other stuff I cant remeber right now, Had enough to eat at lunch at my mom's side of the family, then went to my dad's side for couple hours, then had to goto my gf's parents house and talk to them *cough* ended up starting the huge poker war and everyone got really into it was pretty fun. All and all was a good xmas, sorry to hear what happend to you pencil but things will always be better.

They never took it out of our pay if the draw was short.... You should at least be able to steal it then. If they see you you get it taken out, if not you get free money!!!

Well I had a nice good christmas. Got lots of stylish shirts and some jeans and a all black the don nixon watch and $40 and an axe and a new 19" flatscreen LCD that looks a lot better than my old CRT even though it is LCD. My cousin gave me AOM + expansion because he never played it... and I got some cologne, and like 3 novels. Oh and fightclub.
It was more than I was expecting, that is for sure. Had some fam over and a nice prime rib dinner (only $3.99/lb! like 75% off). Fun delicious time here...


OH and I put in me two weeks at safeway. Tired of that crap and got 2 possible job offerings that would pay and be much better.

Heh, I asked my sister what happens when your drawer is short early (like you're not in the union and you just started), she said you most likely get fired. Man, would that ever suck! I tried too hard to get the job, there's no other jobs here. But I worked xmas (I can't possibly tell you how busy it was... but for some reason it was pretty easy, fast and well-paced... it was dinner with the whole big family that was boring, I ended up leaving early and playing some CS: Source after two hours of beuing there).

But anyway, over time my xmas (as I said) is getting 100% better. I got my corner desk, which is pretty awesome, what sucks is that they got a really crappy one. We'll be returning it and getting this other, slightly more expensive one, that I can finally fit the two PCs I wanted to fit onto it. Mother will be buying me my new case which is another $110 but I have to buy the rest of the cart myself (who cares, I got plenty of cash and the rest is pretty cheap). In a card from mom she gave me $100 that was supposed to go into tickets to broadway,. but since she knows I haven't the time or the interest, she left me the cash so I'm mixing that with my aunt's $20 and getting some Creative Inspire T7700 7.1 speakers. After the new year I'll be moving into a new room, swappin rooms with the sister. In there I'll have the corner desk, this gigantic poster of Albert Einstein that I got for xmas (best gift ever) and hopefully my newly built rigs over time. And and and I forgot to mention I'm even finally getting a cell phone as I talked to the mother about that, should be getting that within the week. I guess I did seem ungrateful, but I knew the parents could pull through with less disappointment... now the gifts I did get for x-mas absolutely kick ass (I got an 18-piece Craftsman screwdriver set -- friggin' l33t!!) and the things I will be getting are overwhelming. As Kenshin said, "things will always get better", heh heh... now I actually feel more worried that the parents are going too overboard, =D.

Well Im glad you are having a good christmas now. I have $100 to spend and i cant spend it on comp crap. and I also got 160 worth of gift cards to Futureshop. Anyways gonna spend that all tommorow. Im gonna get myself a new desk to with thar $100!
