Imp, Unter and Mano, I would like to get on vent and discuss whats going on in the club. We seem to have quite a few members and minors leaving us for the lack of .... or to much of.... We need to also go over whats going on with some of the changes. I would prefer a vent chat and would like to know a good time that most of us can talk. If other members or minors wish to talk about issues they have please post and join us on vent sometime to help us figure out whats going on from your side of the screen. Thank you.

Be around in Sydney for another 3 days before my overseas sojourn; so hope to catch you guys by vent and in-game for a last few, for the next 4-5 months. Just out taking care of some paperwork business during (my) daytime.
PS 'Cleaned out the locker' since I seem to be cleaning everything else out, lol; bespokes attachment to a virtual but highly symbolic thing. Updating it to follow my situation...
I know that im not one of the strongest members right now due to some recent shiznit that im having to deal with. However, despite my current innactivity ingame and somewhat on the boards i just wanted to extend my hand to the club and let you guys know that im here if you need me.

I have a few problems with some of the people here, with their attitude and opinions, as loudly and repeatedly stated; however, it is pointless to protest, as such voicings come from their character and deep-set ideals... the futility of trying to change such opinions, as well as the debatable question as to who's really right or wrong, has already occurred to me; and the suppression of ideals, however false or offensive they may be, is frowned upon. The easiest answer would be for both parties of disagreement to shove a foot deep into their mouth, but that cheerful prospect seems unlikely when dealing with persons of strong will and vocal opinion. Generally I find it best to ignore or avoid small disagreements of opinion, keeping quiet about minor matters rather then stressing the small stuff, but due both to recent events and past history, I am now uncertain as to the success of such a plan, and the long term effects. So, not wanting continual and irresolvable confrontation in a place intended for escapism and recreation, I intend to retreat to less abusive regions. I don't think this greatly concerns the club as a whole, but I just thought I'd state my piece, and take whatever grief may come as a result.
Pertaining to the club, however... I say to get rid of the Ent Moot mentality; namely, less talk and more action (I say this not in reference to the actual mods and programming that requires much time and effort, but rather to smaller club decisions that are endlessly discussed but seemingly never resolved). Better to act in some haste and repent in leisure then to never act at all, in my cheeky opinion.
If you want me, I'll be hiding under the rug...

hmmm... Yup, something is missing now-the fun; after all this is just a game, and in a game you're supposed to have fun.
..I still have fun with this game..i like watchin' the kids bitchin' each other and trying to 'hit' on players with girls name (...like Yellowhair).
"The problem" is not related to LCC, it concerns the Rune game&comunity, mainly it's getting old and stuff (where's Fisty?); I see clans that disappear after a few days...
To conclude I think that LCC and Runegame.com are the last bastions of Rune. Maybe we have to do some changes but we'll still be here chopping each other and complaining about some unknown player behavior. ...we'll still be here 'cause we are a Club, meaning that we have peps who gather and spend time together having fun.

Since this thread is partly about the membership base of LCC: Eraser did ask me nicely to comment on his minorship process. Since now only unanimous agreement of officers can ratify a minor, so he was wondering about his situation with Imp, Mid, Unter ("Thanks Mano!").
As for the departure of some people, hmmm sorta puzzling. But I think I understand from what I've read for the time I was away...But as Chief was saying, we choose to gather and spend time together. Makes it easy if you know what you want out of it, fun or otherwise?
I told Eraser hes got my consent. Besides that ya we need to base these issues off Imp's wisdom of the situation. I just would like to know whats going on I haven't been able to talk to many of you and if so for only a sporatic period of time. I should be online Friday night for venting. LOL!!!!

Hehe, Licker's been extremely patient as well...it seems all the officers find him a nice addition to LCC. I won't be around for you guys' Friday, and Unter seems a bit submerged at present, so I'll throw that up for you guys to ponder, alright?
Faison is probally having connection problems or famely probs. he will be back.. come on guys its faison he wont never quit rune and a lot of us wont either
Lets get a list and go through them on friday. Also any other things that we should consider voting on. Bring in this group of minors and then I think thats about it other then the few lamers that pretend to want to be in. LOL!!!! Its going to be a long winter from my end of the world so we best get a healthy community and stop with the defensive policing over the summer haul of game addicted youth. Time to get back to the good times.

If you weren't so damned aloof, then perhaps you'd realize that Yellowhair is indeed female and not just one of the common male computer geeks with gender role difficulties. She's my sister, and many of the members have heard her talk on Ventrillo.
Anyway, Yellowhair is leaving mostly because the behavior of people like Shady has lately been tolerated and even, to some degree, encouraged. She's not talking about people like Faison and Mister Fister and all you other good people.
Also, perhaps you wouldn't see as much hostility to newcomers if the majority of them wasn't so effing rude. I've seen just enough polite newcomers to know that they do exist.
My own issues are known to all, especially Midknight (although we agreed that I was exaggerating them in a particularly bad mood).
