Apparently wants to be a member again, what say you all? I personally have no problem with it given the public bashing of the club/server/and members comes to a holt.

Ya sure. I have never played him on the server that I know of, but I am sure he is a good guy who has been around a while .

I've never played with him, either, but he seems like a good guy, so why not?

I've played with him a couple times. Good fighter, though seems to dislike playing in anything less then ideal conditions.

Ummm I've gone back and read some of his old posts... hard to know what to think from them. Seems to be an old school fighter who was unhappy at changes, and left partly because of them. He's probably right to a degree, but some change is inevitable, after all.

Is he planning on staying around this time? If so, I'd say bring 'em back in!

Wint should definitely be reinstated. If you want a comparison he is a lot like me . . . We both prefer old school honourable combat. So we're idealists . . . so sue me.

We had planned to put him on our Emeritus (retired) list.

I'd like to see him in the arena. Anyone see him playing at all?

I played with him about twice in the last week or two.

Fair enough considering the time zone difference.

I'm just weary about the trouble he stirred up last time he was around.

Yeah dude, maybe reinstated as a minor? or as an associate? until we can get a feel for him again. But i definatley cant see myself voting yes on full membership for him.

well my take is that obviously he was one of the originals, and seems like a cool guy, now when he has been on (arena that is) he is on for only a few minutes...doesnt really play much from what i can see, BUT that shouldnt be held against him...just wish he was on more.

Honestly I never played with Wint very much, but when I did he was honorable and fun! Most of the problems in the past that Mano spoke of were all revolving around Shady's intolerance of Wint. I don't think it's Wint's fault that he can't put up with Shady's maligning the game, and as I recall Shady picked on Wintermoon almost exclusively. If anything I feel we owe him membership for being chased away by Shady lol.
True (and no offense to Wintermoon) he did get in a "whine-like huff" every now and then, but I believe that was not due to Shady's tauntings, but due to a feeling of dissatisfaction. When Shady is being obstinate/rude/Shady, and his target gets no support other than "sabre rattling", it really makes sense that people would get upset and leave. I know a long time ago I dueled Shady for that right to stay in LCA. Sadly i lost 2/3, but honorably I left and haven't played with Shady since . That was like over a year ago hehe, so Wint could find time on without Shady, and all would be well??? Word... that's my opinion and I'm sticking to it till I change my mind
