The following is up on LowCal-Cycle; and we'll move it to Arena this week. 

• The Arena hold is converted into a safe zone, so no more killing in line; no more interference down below.
  
• The "Associate" account has been introduced; who can neither be kicked, nor kick. 
  
• The "Officer" account has been introduced.
  
• In DM, weapons cannot be knocked.
  
• The "Mute" command, which suspends a player's ability to spam.
  
• The blue Rune now fills health, renews weapons and shields; but does not raise the health limit.
