I don't mind him as a person. But he is not very fun to play with. Rev is right he is a cancer and as long as he is around people will get scared off by him. Today alone I saw him chase off about 5 people. Maybe more. Eventually I just left because it's no fun. You can't have a single good game with Shady around ruining the time for everyone else playing. I know he thinks he is being creative and shit but there are more people playing besides just him, and as long as he selfishly abuses our server for his own benefits people will get scared off. Alot of people. Unfortunately the people that do stick around start playing like him, going after the cheap kill, running, using the bloodlust bug, etc... The other thing is Shady kisses ass to the right people. Unter, Mano, myself included sometimes if he thinks it will buy him a couple games without being nuked. I see it for myself, and it sucks. There is also a whole other issue regarding Shady and his tendency to be very rude to just about everybody who gets on ventrillo. So I doubt anything will come of this, but it's something that I do see and it's something that you all should be aware of. Not that you aren't already.
Perhaps we should take the discussion in the General forum seriously for once. Any personal differences between shady and myself have long been resolved, and I can honestly say that taking some type of action against Shady or getting through to him some how would be in the clubs best interest. I'll be happy to discuss this with anybody via msn, aim etc...

I understand the concerns, but personally I have the most competitive and entertaining games with SHADY. He brings out the competitive spirit in me that nobody else really does.

Aside from the Hulk bug, what else is he doing that's wrong? Yeah cheap kills are gay, but I don't want to tell anyone how they should get a frag, just go ahead and do it, yanno? Members and minors are held to a higher standard, and when they do the annoying cheap shit I let them know. (and others tell them too.)

As far as ventrilo goes, that's why we have the members channel.

Part of the problem is people are too hot-headed; Yakesh, Gren, and some of the others can't take a little ribbing. When SHADY calls people a fag, he doesn't mean it. Although he gets quite a kick out of it when they get all upset. Trust me, he's complained to me about how rude some people are to him before he even does anything. He doesn't lie to me...

I have to say that he is fun to play with. he never seems to do his lame BS when a member is around. Maybe you have seen it Kyrox but from what I have seen he hasn't exploited any bugs, hasn't run, or even rush killed in 1 on 1 (until I started it then it was us and fais all doing it).
I do have to say he somewhat chased off a new guy named "word" who claimed it was his first time playing rune, but for the most part, from my matches with him, I would have no reason to take action against him in any way. ...

Shady is looking for a response...any response, and he will chum the waters with complaints, insults, compliments, and inflammatory crap hoping that someone will take the bait. So, act accordingly.

Dude, he is being an asshole to people who come to our server. He is showing people who visit our servers a bad time and making them leave. Last I checked we were trying to bring this club and our servers back to life. I’m glad Shady gets you pumped in game or whatever. But when and where are we going to draw the line? I’m not speaking to just you mano, I’m speaking to the entire club. With all personal shit aside, Shady is still scaring off what little people do come to our servers. I have seen it first hand a number of times. Instead of shutting everybody down all quick like, why not hear everyone out a little bit, and maybe even have a talk with him and ask him to show a little class to those non members and minors. Not that you should even have to do such a thing. What he is doing is against what is stated in our constitution. Although he may be a minor for other reasons, his actions reflect directly upon us. As many of you should know by now, I am very loyal.

It's the main reason SHADY is still around, and why LordNomics had so many chances. I believe that they're good people. While LordNomics may have been a kiss-up, I can tell you that SHADY most definitely isn't.

It bothers me when people say SHADY sucks up to me, because I don't believe it it's true. I've been playing with SHADY for almost two years now. From day one, I've been friends with him in Rune. This all pre-dates my membership in Low Caliber and my Officership. There was no reason to kiss up to me then. (I had a problem with him about a year ago, but turns out, it was a misunderstanding on my part.)

If he pulls cheap shots or abuses a bug, feel free to nuke him. I'm sure you all understand the protocol for the situation and know the difference between enforcing "rules" and raping someone of their dignity.
