I dont really know him so i didn't vote. So i hope i get a chance to get to know him before he becomes a minor so at least i can give my honest opinion. Im pretty easy to get along with tho so im sure its fine lol. Question is if your not even sure if its necessary why even ask? i only wonder because there have been people in the past given member or minorship that i dont really care for, and i never had the oppurtunity to vote for they were just given that position in the club. Like i said nothing against the dude at all im sure hes a great guy . I know some of this may be out of content so i hope no offense is taken

But i would still like my question answered, and further more i would like the oppurtunity in the future and as a member of the club to vote on any member or minor before that person is to become one. We are a club and although im a newer member i was under the impression that every member had a say so when it came to new additions to the club.
I hope this didn't rub anyone the wrong way so no offense to any of you dudes. Im glad to be apart of this club. Your all great.

Seeing as he was an old member, and only left because of military duties... as well as the fact that everyone has something good to say about him; and I found posts of his in the back pages, and I liked what I saw... well, me says a big fat YES to him...

I see what you mean, r0x. When someone loses member/minorship because of inactivity, they tend to get it back pretty quickly once they've returned from their hiatus. In Emrys' case he left for a military assignment.

There has been other times when things haven't been called to a vote, those typically happen when Unter, Midknight, Fais, Dante, You, myself and others get together on Ventrilo and discuss someone's minorship. If all those parties agree to it right then and there, we just do it.

I guess that's a way of cutting through the red tape, yanno? Maybe not the best of ideas because some voices are unintentionally excluded from the discussion.

I had no idea that the dude was previously a member i just thought he was some dude you guys all thought was cool. If thats the case, ( and it appears to be ) he has every right in my opinion to be a minor. My bad.
Also, i can see what you mean about the whole ventrillo thing. I just think that a vote on every minor or member is appropriate. And that the vote should take place before that person is permitted to view the red carpet. When i was trying to get in to the club i did my best to get to know every active member, and im glad i did because i felt almost right at home when i was voted in. I think the relationship between the members of the club right now is awesome, and i would hate to see it change.
Anyhow sorry if any of this seemed like it was from way out in left field. but i just wanted to get the point across.

Well after reading all of that, I really don't know what to say. I really feel honored amongst my fellow warriors and friends. It truely is great to be back and I am glad I was missed. You all are great people and I thank you for the votes. I also thank you for understanding my reasons for leaving, just doing what I felt I should do. I am proud of what I am doing even though it can get hard, but this club is just one of those things that lets me forget some of the stresses of life and just relax with a bunch of crazy hoodlums like you guys

Boy how hard it is to express feelings! Anyway, thanks again and I will hopefully see you all in the arena soon enough.
