Awesome stuff; can't wait to see this happen!

Some sort of 'demorec' or 3rd-party FRAPS capture is a must? Like replay highlights for those who missed it, and to be put somewhere on this site so those browsing can get a good look?

Hey Dant'! Nice idea! I've been waiting to try this one plan out:

Since FRAPS captures Rune at only 3FPS at 1280x1024, 8FPS at 800x600 half-sized, I figured we can take a bunch of demorec's and record them with FRAPS using the demorec's free-roaming camera at 640x480 half-sized. I can do all of this, but I want everyone to make some demorec's and just hand them over via the forum so I can record in FRAPS and compress, then hand them over to whoever wants to edit and mix them up and there you go! Should work, ja? This way, we can record gameplay as it should be and not sacrifice performance or video framerate, etc.

ok, BTW it has been decided that there will be many different events and the team or person who won the most events wins...
At least I think that is what we were doing.

By the way, it might be an idea to offer a 'wildcard' place or two to some people who are always around in the arena but never really check out the forum. Either now or in the future.
eg Brutus or Gutzu.

Brutus would be cool. I haven't seen Gutz around for a while though. Maybe if we can get a hold of him.

Gutzu is still around. Always changing his name though
