After witnessing two avatars positioned so as to appear to be holding hands, I'd like to suggest either:

A) Ban hand holding among players.

B) Turning the LCC into a MMORPG.

C) Offer a "de-arm" command for members. :P Might be something nice inbetween nosafe and kick.

maybe make a mod where if two hands get close to each other they gravitate back towards their owners crotch. Would that not be more appropriate hehe?
