To quote a few excerpts from the Constitution.
§ 1. Honor shall govern the actions of each Member, the particulars of which are subject to the discretion of each Member and the scrutiny of his Co-members:
Honor, as in attitude and how you represent the club every time you enter the server.
The following clip is from the Minister of Peace job description, but now that we can all kick/mute/nosafe, this will be followed by all.
§ 1.4.2. Likewise use kicking with care; do not kick in order to assert naked authority, but because someone has wilfully demonstrated poor ethical behaviour in accordance with our Constitution and has not submitted to verbal indications.
Do not kick, mute, or nosafe for personal non-game issues. If you do not like someone, don't rape them of their dignity for personal reasons. The way I've witnessed particular members act on occasion over the last month or so looks exactly like RoV, kicking for the sake of kicking... doing it for a cheap laugh. This club was founded on principles that are so far above those immature actions that it sickens me every time I see it.
From now on, we will treat every game as it's own entity. Example: X Player lamed and I had to nosafe him the last game. This does not mean that he gets nosafed immediately the next game. Give that person a chance to abide by the rules. And follow the same procedure of verbal warnings before punishing.
If I continue to see abuse of these commands, I will strip the privileges. The only way to do it is by temporarily demoting someone to minor, and I will do it.
Nobody, even officers, are exempt from this new policy. I will enforce it.
