I see no interim solution but to introduce the Minor; that hybrid, costless Member who “cannot kick, nor be kicked”.

The Minor is above all a solution for people like The_Sherdzi and Rhoedd whom we'd like to bring into the fold before their interest wanes, but who are not yet ripe enough to contribute to our well-being.

Minors would have access to the Red Carpet; would be listed on the Members page in a special section; and may or may not be listed on the Score Board with a “Minor” office.

The Minor would come into effect with the next mod update, and probably before stats.

I'm for that, but I'd say leave the minor tag off the server.

My thoughts precisely; no need to distract the public with a manifold of offices.
