Never realised I'm quite the carnivore, but:
-avian flu means people are wary of chicken products...
-'mad cow' means the vCJD is scaring beef away from the menu...
-something up with Atlantic tuna?
-sheep is considered an oddity locally, compared to Australia...
-recent reports denounce the treatment of pig feed in mainland China, which is a main exporter of pork to Taiwan...
-dog is off the menu, enforced by the law recently (kidding, I've never tasted Lassie)...
-turkey and wild game is unheard of hereabouts...
-kangaroo jerky tastes like crap...

Well there is nothing like Wild Game. WOOOHOOOO!!!!

Give me a Whitetail Deer, Mule Deer,Antelope, Canadian Moose, or Elk (Wapiti) any day. The best thing going. Why not either. 20 - 35 dollars each for a tag and you get 120 lbs. of meat from whitetail Deer, 150 lbs. from a mule deer, 100 lbs. from an antelope, 500 lbs. from a moose and 250 lbs from an elk. Can't get any better of a deal then that. Oh and forgot the feeling of the hunt is extremely satisfying. BLOOD!!!!

This is my personal opinion, so no offense to those of you who don't like meat.....
Carnivores have the eyes in the front of their head (mostly) so they can look for prey. Herbivores have eyes on the sides for 360 degree vision, so they can see carnivores like me coming to get them! My teeth were not designed to rend carrots either hehe, besides , stalking carrots is not much of a challenge. The only reason we need veg or vitamins is because we stopped eating the stomachs (or contents ) of our prey.
Besides!!! Meat is a great way to try different sauces!!!

Best ones come from the eucalyptus trees naturally hollowed out by termites, in the Northern Territory...sound is really exotic and hauntingly melodic when combined with a nice background beat...I've heard it combined with bossa nova, classical wind instruments, even jazz (LOL).
Oh yeah, there's a tour in Northern Territory where they take you out into the bush, look for one of those eucalyptus trunks, make it and learn basic play...

My friends and I went to this bar for 5 cent wings and ordered 300 between the three of us. Name the flavour and we had it, even suicide. I had to sign a consent form to eat them and was only allowed 5 LOL!!!!

20 is definitely not the most wings I've ever eaten. Some places, (Hooters, for example), give you both parts of the wing and call it just one wing. Last night they were giving out free popcorn so I had a buttload of that. No need to stuff myself on overpriced wings, lol.

Lol, and Dant', the drink of choice last night was good ol' Miller Lite... and jagermeister.

Because I do.
I am not saying torture the animals or that feeding them their ground up cousins is a good idea, I am just saying that they probly don't have enough brain matter to really care or realize such things. And seriously, why would a cow be here if not for food? it isn't like they are some endangered species or anything. So that is the cow's purpose, to make me a milkshake then become my prime rib. YUmm!
